The first step is connecting with farmers we want to deal with directly – there is a long process of cupping and selecting the right specialty coffee that fits our needs.
An agronomist is involved from the start, verifying the production steps and environmental due diligence, as well as the social work for the community. When the coffee is finally selected, it is stored in Toronto so we can have total control over the inventory.
